Encounter in Sitapur: Two Criminals Shot Dead by Police
In Sitapur, it has been reported that two criminals were killed in an encounter with the police. According to reports, the police shot and killed both shooters, Raju alias Rizwan and Sanjay alias Akeel, in the confrontation. Late at night, a joint team of STF, Crime Branch, and local police conducted this encounter.
Pisawa Thana Area Encounter
As per information, the encounter took place late at night between the police and criminals in the Jallapur area of Pisawa Thana region. The police had been searching for them since the journalist Raghavendra Bajpai murder case. Both shooters had been on the run for a long time, and a reward of one lakh rupees each was placed on them.

Raghavendra Bajpai’s Murder on March 8
In Sitapur, journalist Raghavendra Bajpai was shot dead on March 8. According to family members, around 2 PM on March 8, he received a phone call and left home. About an hour later, news of his murder surfaced. The police had filed a case against unknown individuals in this matter. As the local police did not succeed in the investigation, the case was handed over to the STF.
