Rescue Operations Ongoing in Dharauli, Uttarkashi

In Dharauli, rescue operations continue with 190 people rescued so far and confirmation of 5 casualties. The Chief Minister reviewed relief and rescue efforts in the Dharauli area with officials, giving directives to enhance helicopter rescue operations and expedite restoration of roads, communication, electricity, water supply, and food supply.

More than 65 People Rescued by Helicopter

The Chief Minister met with those rescued from disaster-affected areas in Uttarkashi. As of this morning, more than 65 people have been rescued by helicopter and brought to Matali, Uttarkashi. During this operation, the rescued individuals expressed gratitude towards the government.

Efforts Underway to Reopen Blocked Roads

Our government is making every possible effort to evacuate stranded individuals in disaster-affected areas. Officials have been directed to provide necessary assistance to those residing in affected areas. Essential supplies are being airlifted to affected regions. The work of reopening blocked roads is also continuing without interruption.
