Agreement for Users

Limited Permission to Copy

NewsState24 grants you permission to personally use the content available on the site, and you agree not to directly or indirectly download, modify, alter, revise, translate, copy, publish, distribute, or otherwise attempt to obtain it. You also agree not to delete any information/service or any part thereof present on NewsState24.com without NewsState24’s prior permission, and not to directly or indirectly attempt to erase any advertisement or tagline displayed on NewsState24.com.

If the user posts any image, photograph, picture, or any graphical image or any part thereof on the site, it will be considered that:

(b) You have the necessary rights to grant the licenses and sublicenses described in these Terms of Use, and

(c) Every person depicted in such image, if any, has provided consent for the distribution, public display, and reproduction of the images as described herein.

You swear that you have the legal rights to any image or content you have uploaded to NewsState24.com and that you have not violated any rules or company copyrights in obtaining these images. Additionally, you will indemnify NewsState24 or any of its companies if any company/person forces NewsState24 or its related companies to pay any kind of compensation.

NewsState24 clarifies that it is not responsible in any way for any content/image you have posted on its site. However, NewsState24 and its subsidiaries have the right to any image/content you post on NewsState24.com, and you grant them permission to use this content/image. NewsState24 and its subsidiaries may use, transfer, modify/translate, and publish all or any part of this content in any form worldwide, such as film, image, display, technology, other known works, or in any other way whenever needed.

Furthermore, NewsState24 and its subsidiaries also clarify that they will not pay you any kind of royalty for your content/image or other materials.

Limitation of Liabilities

Under no circumstances shall NewsState24 be held responsible if, in legal opinion, any material on NewsState24.com is considered defamatory, threatening, abusive, obscene, or offensive, or demeaning to public sensitivities or morality. Furthermore, NewsState24 and its subsidiaries will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the content written on the site and any loss incurred by any person or entity due to these errors, violation of the rights of others including intellectual property rights, or violation of the copyright of any other party. Additionally, you agree that NewsState24 is not responsible for any content used and/or included in NewsState24’s site/service by any third party.

Termination of Account

NewsState24 reserves the right to refuse service to you, restrict, suspend, or terminate your user account with NewsState24, and terminate or suspend your access to NewsState24’s websites. NewsState24 may move, remove, edit, or delete any files, content, photos, and other materials posted by you on its site for any reason.

In addition, NewsState24 reserves all rights to change/create, edit the general rules and limitations regarding the use of its services at any time at its sole discretion due to violation of NewsState24’s Terms of Use, cancel orders placed by you, and is not required to give you prior notice or notification for this. Upon such termination or suspension, your right to use NewsState24’s websites will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time, but your information may remain stored in archives on our servers even after your account is removed or terminated.

User Conduct and Responsibility

• Provide any representation or warranty on behalf of NewsState24.

  • Right to privacy (specifically, you must not distribute another person’s personal information without that person’s explicit permission) or publicity.
  • Confidentiality obligations must also be adhered to.
• Unless otherwise permitted, do not: (i) display the services on your site in any way other than as received by you without any modification without NewsState24’s prior written consent; (ii) ensure that the fundamental meaning of the service is not changed or distorted; (iii) comply with all applicable laws and all limitations and restrictions (if any) on the use, display, or distribution of any service by NewsState24; and (iv) do not save any service for access by users at any future date after the service has been removed from your website. You acknowledge that when a user clicks on a service, the service must link and redirect from your website to NewsState24’s web page. No Control Policy Regarding Spam or Unsolicited Email

NewsState24 will not sell, lease, or rent its email subscriber lists.

You may not obtain information about NewsState24’s users for the purpose of sending or facilitating the sending of unsolicited bulk communications.

We may terminate your access to the site immediately, with or without any notice, and take any other legal action if you or anyone using your access details on the site violates these terms.  

We may adopt any technical measures (including any filtering technology or other measures) to prevent unsolicited bulk communications from entering, utilizing, or remaining within our computer or communication networks. Such filtering technology or other measures may block, either temporarily or permanently, some email sent to you through NewsState24’s websites.  

Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

You agree that your use of the website is at your sole risk. NewsState24 and its parent, affiliates, and associates shall not be liable at any time for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business projects, damage to your computer system, loss of data, or business interruption arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the NewsState24 sites/services, with the delay or inability to use the NewsState24 sites/services, or for any information, software, products, features and services obtained through the NewsState24 sites/services, or otherwise arising out of the use of the NewsState24 sites/services), nor shall NewsState24 and its parent, affiliates be responsible for damages or losses for loss of profit or revenue.
